Help leading automotive companies attract more customers and build stronger relationships.

As an Account Manager at VentaVid, you'll collaborate daily with top car brands in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). These companies use our cutting-edge video software to boost customer acquisition and enhance their client communication. Your role? To attract new clients, establish long-term relationships, and show them how VentaVid can streamline everything from sales to aftersales.

You’ll be based in our lively Leiden office, with occasional trips to meet clients abroad.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving online B2B sales of our video software to automotive companies.
  • Guiding new clients through the onboarding process and advising them on how to integrate our software into their sales workflow.
  • Generating new leads by proactively reaching out to potential clients.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Delivering engaging product demos that excite clients and expertly addressing any questions.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a relationship or account manager in the marketing or IT sector.
  • A solid background in (online) B2B sales, particularly with personalized marketing solutions.
  • Fluent in both English and German (native-level German preferred).
  • A passion for the automotive industry, or experience working in this sector.
  • Experience with, or a strong interest in, online products and SaaS solutions.
  • Confidence in using digital tools like CRM systems and social media.
  • A driver’s license.
