You pick a flow, a ready-made template or one you built, and send a secure personal capture link by email, SMS or WhatsApp, or as a QR code on a screen, a portal, an invoice or a printed sheet. The link is personal to that case and carries your branding, not ours. Opened on a computer, the page blocks recording and shows a QR code to continue on the phone.
The customer taps Start, reads what the flow will ask and ticks the consent line that links to your privacy statement. Then the steps run: scan the reference, take the named photos, record the video with the instruction on screen, answer the questions. The answer to one question decides the next step, and it runs in the customer's own browser language.
On Submit the material travels encrypted to the server and is logged on arrival. Each file gets a server receipt time and a SHA-256 fingerprint, a signed seal with a downloadable manifest is added, and the session timeline is closed. The customer sees a thank-you page with a reference number they can quote back to you.
The submission arrives as a case in your team's inbox, not as a video in a mailbox: your own reference plus a "your reference" field, the media, the answer to each question, the transcribed spoken account, the timeline and the notes. Every photo and video carries its own media check, in plain language, with its caveat.
Routing sends the case to a person or a team with an SLA in hours. The reviewer watches, reads the transcript, checks the answers and the signals, and adds notes only the team sees. Something missing? One click requests a retake. In doubt? Escalate with a reason, and the manager's approval or rejection lands in the file.
The case lands where the decision is made. Copy a view link for an expert or a partner without a login, copy the view link plus case data for your CRM in one click, or connect properly with the REST API, webhooks and automations.
When the work is done you can send the customer a report from the case, in your branding, with a viewing link. Statuses close the case, retention runs for as long as you set, then the case is purged. The audit log keeps who did what, when, on whose account.
